I would say Daniel Adel but the time frame is wrong.

Yes, michaelnguyenph, it could possibly be Daniel Adel or Jesse Adel. I have yet to match the signature that is represented in your artwork though. Possibly, the best way to satisfy the works true value is to have it professionally appraised. Going off only your supplied photographs (which are of very good quality) one can only offer their best available information. The accent above the "A" has me a bit curious of the artist also.

Also, I notice that there is a missing section. Have you or any one else any knowledge of what type of material was used to create this artwork?

I heard the name Odyssey Mosaic, I think he use mosaic for type of art
