Water main leak was "fixed" water bill indicated otherwise. Start to dig hole, left water on to find said leak. Left water main key in carport (hindsight hit #1 & 2). Digging hole got close to line and by a stroke of Murphy's Law hit faulty fix with shovel! Split pipe in half, water filling hole quick! Run like mad to get key and shut off water. Come back to small muddy pond with shovel in hand looking around for Murphy. Little did I know he was already in the house. Syphoned out water, fixed pipe, job well done high fives all around. I'm sure there is dirt and stuff in line. So I turn on kitchen sink farthest from water line to flush it out (#3). Didn't feel Murphy standing behind me. Some dirt and stuff comes out. Clean out screen twice. WOO HOO we have water! Over the next 24 hours water pressure diminishes to a trickle out of the kitchen sink, the sprayer works at 25%. Dishwasher is fine. Main bathroom sink, toilet, tub and shower work fine. Master bath which is back to back with other bathroom hot water in sink maybe doing 25% toilet is filling very slow. What do I do to fix this? If you've cleaned the aerator screens and still have no pressure then dhut the water off under the counter and open up the faucet. Check and clean the inlet ports on the cartridge. Now place a pan over the open valve body and turn the water on for a few seconds to flush out the supplies and open valve body. Anyways: if you cleaned aerators - and had GOOD pressure - and in 24 hours you have LOW pressure again - than CLEAN your aerators AGAIN. You may leave them off for few minutes with h/c water running. Your water lines are full of dirt and aerators are very fine filters. They clog very easily...

It seems like you still have dirt in the system, here is what you need to do, on the faucet as Milo says remove all the Aerators run the water until you have strong stream clean the screens and install the Aerators, remove the sprayer head turn on the water to flush the sprayer hose clean the head and install the head, on the toilets you have dirt inside your fill valves, see the image below and tell us which fill valve do you have inside your toilet tanks, if the above wouldn’t solve your problem then you will need to flush you water heater to get red of all the dirt, Thanks.

Sorry it took two days to get back to you guys. My man Murphy froze my water main over night. Kind of makes flushing out water supply lines hard. Soooo after thawing out line, flushed out kitchen supply lines (ack! Wouldn't drink that!) lots of sand and gravel bits and nasty clay colored water. Replaced old icky faucet. Works great. Toilet diagram is the one on left.

So you are Ok now and every thing works for you or you still need help.

You shouldn't have change the faucet you could have removed the cartridge and flushed the dirt out of the faucet.
