How do I terminate parental rights?
My 13 year old sons father has never been a positive part of my sons life. He has gone for year streaches not seeing him. He has been such a horrible parent I can go on for pages. As of last February he stole my sons cell phone, racked up a $800 bill and we haven't seen or heard from him since. I need to know how to go about terminating his rights, my son recently found a new phone number for him and now he is wanting back in. I need him to stay away from us. I know many states after so many months they can be filed as abandoned? He has never paid his court ordered child support or helped in any way.

    I am in tucson Az.
    Thanks for your help. K
