I was just wondering if anyone could answer my question. I was baker acted and now I'm afraid that I am going to get arrested. I don't know the full leagel process, I f anyone could explain it to me it would bet greatly helpful,

Hello lucy:

If you committed a crime, you will be arrested and tried. If you DIDN'T commit a crime and the cops think you did, you will still be arrested and tried.

You're going to need some help through the process. I'd hire me a good criminal attorney.

"Baker" doesn't keep you from being arrested. It could place you in a hospital or treatment center instead of jail/prison upon conviction.

Get an Attorney.
