I am trying to find out the name of a movie I watched constantly as a child. I remember very few things about the movie. I know that the main puppet in the movie was named Billy and he had a extremely obnoxious laugh. There was a teddy bear that was all stitched up and had stuffing coming out of the seams somewhere in the movie, and there were other puppets. In one of the scenes, Billy tried to climb a ladder to get to the moon but never reached it and threw a fit because he didn't get his way. I also remember something about clouds and that there was music in many scenes. If anyone else has any idea what this is please help me, because it is driving me insane! Thanks
