Any camera shop should be able to help you like
    Ritz camera
You need to have a room like a walk in closet or somewhere that has absolutely NO light that can come in.

You may need to find your local "pro" camera shop - they will have developer etc. Also, check your local community college - they often offer photography classes and have a darkroom all setup. This is the best way to get started with film development. After you use the school darkroom you will be better positioned to decide if you want to setup a darkroom in your home. Often a bathroom can be adapted to become a darkroom, but you need to absolutely seal off the window and also the cracks around the door so that no light comes into the room when you are using it as a darkroom.

You also need to start with black and white film, not color film. Color film is very difficult to process correctly and most pros send their film out to be developed rather than develop it themselves.
