    Back child support
    If paternity isn't established until age 18, will the courts make you pay all the back child support from the day the child was born? Or will they just make you pay until the child is 21 or emanciapted? I live in Indiana. Thanks!

    From what I read, no. It goes back to the date the Petition was filed (not the date of the hearing), not to when the child was born.
