I had 4 falls at my work place framing or building houses over a two year period, that caused extreme pain in my knees, back and shoulders immedidately (acute) and escalated to the point of me being unable to work many days usually mondays through wednesdays and alternately thursdays and fridays.
Things got so bad that I believe February 17, 2006 I had to stop working altogehter for one year because of the extreme pain associated with my 2 knees, hips back and shoulders.
I have given tylenol 3 since then undergoing physiotherapy, have difficulty sleeping etc. etc. etc.. I had a x-ray done one year ag. Nothing was immediately visible. The Pain is still ungoing. My blood pressure has increased, and blood sugar increased to the extent that my doctor diagnosed me with Diabtetes.
I studied as a Chiropodist from 1984-1986 and withtin the etyology of the Diabetes meletus disease it was clearly articulated that strees, high blood pressure, and pain can cause diabetes
How do I press criminal charge against my 4 family Physicians?
I fell 4 times inside of two years and developed pain throughout my body particularly my 2 knees, hips, back and shoulders. Initally it was my knees, hips back and shoulders.
(1) My family physicain was not immediately available for approximately 2 weeks and because of the extensive times I had taken off regularly per week due to these increasingly difficult pain i went to see this Doctor who immediately identify the knees painas due to "work related source." I frame or build houses for a living and do heavy lifting regularly.
Instead of starting a W.S.I.B. CLAIM as he is legally supposed to to he merely treated me with prescription for pain killer like this would remove an onset of chronic pain.
*How do I proscecute this Doctor with failing to fullfill his medical obligation by starting a W.S.I.B. CLAIM and thereby reducing the likely hood of me recieving W.SI.B. 2 YEARS LATER?
(2) I chose to see my family Physician as schedule 2 weeks later and complained again about this pain in my joints predominantly where he made a notebout it, noting at the time that I had no swelling althoug he knew being 42 at the time he merely suggested I take it easy at work as if it was possibly to "take it easy 30- 40 feet in the air ona roof, in heat up to 100 degrees farhenhight or - 40 defrees centigrade?
He never advised me to see him again or that this condition was expected to get worse and not better and that I should seek W.S.I.B. SHORT TERM ASSISSTANCE ETC.ETC. ETC.
*How do I proscecute this Doctor with failing to fullfill his medical obligation by starting a W.S.I.B. CLAIM and thereby reducing the likely hood of me recieving W.SI.B. 2 YEARS LATER?
(3) I LOST CONFIDENSE IN MY PHAMILY PHYSCIAN BECAUSE OF THIE ABOVE INCOMPETENCE AND DECIDED TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR NEAR ME BESIDE MY BROTHER INSTEAD OF HAVING TO TRAVEL MORE THAN 10- 15 MILES TO GET MEDICAL ATTENTION FROM MY USUAL FAMILY PHYSICIAN.
*** AT THIS POINT MY PAINFULL JOINTS (2 KNEESB, 2 HIPS, BACK AND SHOULDERS) BECAME SO UNBEARABLE PAINFULL WITH A MARKED SWELLING IN THE LEFT HIP THAT I KNEW IT WAS NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO CONTINUE TO WORK AND IMMEDIATELY VISITED MY NOW NEW FAMILY PHYSCICIAN.
SHE REFUSED TO LLOK AT MY SWOLLEN LEFT HIP ALTHOUGH I ASKED HER TO LOOK AT IT AND REPORT IT IN HER MEDICAL REPORT. I ASKED HER TO START A W.S.I.B. CLAIM BUT SHE REFUSED AND LATER SENT IN ONE ONLY AFTER I STARTED ONE ON MY OWN APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS LATER.
THIS DOCTORS INEPTITUDE ALONG WITH MY DOCTORS UNPRPHESIONAL RESPONSE HAS RESULTED IN MY REFUSAL OF GAINING W.S.I.B. CLAIM ACCEPTANCE...
