I have been trying to get pregnant for 14 months. I work out 5-6 days a week about an hour a day. It's not an intense workout but more to stay in shape. Should I slow down my exercising while ovulating? I keep reading conflicting info. Thanks!

If you have been trying for 14 months it is time to see a fertility doctor
