I am living with my ex-fiance & we share a child. Recently two of my daughters from a previous marriage moved into the home. They are both adults.I have eight kids from my previous marriage. I have two more of my kids that want to move in one is a minor the other is not. I asked my ex to move out for the kids, but he won't. We have joint ownership of this home. How can I make him move out. :confused:

You can't make him move out. He OWNS the house just like you do. Of course, with all your roommates, you can BUY him out. Then he'll leave cause he won't BE an owner any more.

Rates are cheap. It's a GOOD time to re-finance anyway.

I don't think you and your ex-fiance should be carrying this debate on on this board - these posts should be combined.

The advice/info has been given and I don't see that it's going to change.
