I have a whirlpool imperial series dryer that will not heat up what do I do?

There are more parts that can be defective with a gas unit. If you do not have a electric meter and know how to use it the cost of doing it yourself can be very expensive since you will be guessing at what part to replace. Below is a diagram of your dryer burner so you can see some of the parts I am talking about.

The ignitor is ususlly the first piece I test. Item # 4
