What version are you using? (Help, About)
Is your antivirus/spyware up to date?
Have you tried another browser, Netscape, FireFox?
Does the error report contain anything that points to missing files?

Sounds to me this person has spy or adware on his computer. Also could be version issue. Check the spy/adware issue first then go to Microsoft update and update if needed.

Hmmmm... "browser add-ons"? Try uninstalling all of those first... if you can.

Try turning off your spyware. It can always be re-installed or activated again. What anti-virus and spyware versions are you running?
