    Uk dependent visa.
    Hi, I am from india,my wifeis got a offer in one university to study at london,I like to go with her,we are going to apply together for visa.but I have one question whethere there is a chance to get stamped for my wife and rejection for me, if her papers r OK and my one one is not?r she will also doesn't get a stamping?

    Depends on situation.. she gets offer from school, so she is eligible to obtain student visa, if you go to school as well, you will be eligible for the same visa but if you apply for a dependent visa, you must be legally married, must be able to provide proof of sufficient income, etc. If you are legally divorced, your legal status ends immediately even the visa in your passport still have months left.
