Chronic molar pain upper and lower - any insight?
I've been experiencing chronic pain on my right upper and lower molars for about a month now. It comes and goes and does not seem to be related to anything in particular. It is not a building infection. Its intensity moves around different teeth. It can be quite distracting at time. Listering, Anbesol, salt - have all helped. It has no particular pattern.

I wonder if it's because my teeth are moving slightly in relation to a wisdom tooth having been extracted from the left upper side about 2 months ago. Could it be the teeth are shifting and the new strike points cause pain?

I'm still waiting to get an appointment with my Dentist... Also - all of the affected teeth have crowns.

You may be clenching or grinding your teeth. If you are, the easiest treatment is wearing a nightguard that the dentist will have made for you.
