    Collecting on a judgement

I have won a small claims judgement in NY. This is from a deadbeat renter. Since moving out without paying the person has quit work and found other employment. How can I find out where he lives and works so I can garnish his wages or have the sheriff seize his car for payment. Thanks

Have him followed and call him in for financial disclosure. As far as where he lives - once he's been there for a little while the new address should appear on the free sites OR an investigator can find him. Depends on how long you want to wait and how much you want to spend.

(This should be on its own thread, not piggybacked.)

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Seizing a car might be a difficult matter. But the best way to ind where he works is to have him followed. If you know the type of work he does and likely employers in your area, you could just call around and ask for him.
