    Johnson VS Sterling/Sterlco valves
Anyone have an opinion of Johnson VS Sterling valves? The Sterling/Sterlco valve used by my heatpump is still available, at a list price of $475. The same Johnson valve lists for $130, and is widely available on Ebay in the $50 - $75 range.

A valve is a valve unless it is a speciality device made only for a special purpose/piece of equipment.
