Is Lend America a legitimate mortgage company?

They are a licensed lender... HOWEVER, in my OPINION they are less than totally honest in their disclosure of fees, which results in them being able to quote artificially lower rates.

Just my OPINION!! I am also in the mortgage business, so you could consider my answer biased... but it's not. I've looked at their offerings for a client of mine and that is what I've based my OPINION on.
