This should be on the legal board, not in introductions. I've asked that it be moved.

You will have to attend a probation violation hearing at which time your fate will be decided by your original sentencing judge.

No, this may be your first issue with this crime but since you are on probation you have prior criminal activiey.

You need to report this to your PO, failure to do so is another violation.
Then the PO will decide if a hearing is needed for the probation issue
