The pressure in the master bath decreases when I turn the hot water on.

    It could be several things...

First, If this happens only in shower, than it may be clogged shower head or your pressure balancing faucet is malfunctioning.

Do you have single handle shower faucet ?

It happens not only with the shower, but faucet as well. My other bathroom works just fine.

Now, if you open faucet: are you saying that cold water has full pressure and hot water side has little pressure ?
