Are you in the foster care system? If so you should be able to contact your case worker and see if it can be arranged. IF this is a family thing, them please talk to which ever parent you are living with and ask them about doing it.

Beckie, Don is right. You have to talk to the adults around you. Your parents and your case worker if you are in the system. Have you been adopted? What steps have you taken so far?
