If u eat more than 3 time then make half size of your meal, drink warmer water along with main meals, avoid constipition, eat friuts and less banana. You will rock.
Make healthy food choices, eat smaller portions (serving sizes are really pretty small), avoid sodas and fast food (either all together or limit them quite a bit), cut back on processed foods... eat as close to how things would be found in nature when you can, have healthy snacks at the ready so you don't get too hungry throughout the day, get moving everyday... start slowly and build up so as not to injure yourself or burn out. Maybe talk a friend or family member into joining you... sometimes it helps to have someone else to help you stay on track.
remember to eat breakfast every morning even if it makes you feel nuaseated like a lot of people say. People that don't eat breakfast tend to gain more weight because your breakfast in the morning kick starts your metabolism.
eat three main meals, but have 2-3 "snacks"
you don't need a diet it is your view on things for instance I eat ice cream every day... it is my dairy
I did this one summer, I lost weight that summer what I did was I ate pretzels a lot. I felt bloated from the pretzels but truth is the sodium will make you thirsty and you will drink more water so the water will flush your system also and make you feel fuller so you will not want to eat either
I have come to cut my appetite that way it works trust me but you willprobobly feel bloated if you eat a whole entire bag in one day =]
Here's what I did to lose 15lbs in one month.
PORTION CONTROL. You can eat what ever you want just eat really small protions of it at a time. You won't have to change your diet or buy special foods. When you eat make sure that the food you eat has a label you can read so you only eat the recommended serving. Only eat to satifsy the feeling of hunger. Eating beyond that is pointless and fattening. I also worked out 3 days a week for one hour... I ran and did stomach crunches... that's it. It made the fat melt right off me and my stomach tight and didn't make me look muscley like a gymnist. Also take Women's One a Day vitamins. They make you feel better and give you energy. Hope this helps. Trust me it really works. PORTION CONTROL is awesome to learn because you can keep your weight off your entire life. It is a life change.
