Ok, so I filed for divorce and he lives in his own house now, but since we aren't divorced do I need to worry about his belongings? Or will his mother? ALSO- How long does it take once a case is sento over to the district attorney's office before they go out and arrest him? Thanks! :p

    I don't think I understand the question.

You and your husband have separate residences? You have filed for a separation or divorce and are asking what to do with his belongings that are in your house?

Your Attorney sends him a letter and tells him to pick up his "stuff" or send someone to pick it up. You can't dispose of his property and he cannot dispose of yours.

No rule of thumb about how long it takes to get arrested. Does the arrest have something to do with the divorce?

Why are they going to arrest him. What case. The DA may have to take it to a grand jury ( depends on the state you live in) and depending on the evidence, they may or may not even arrest him.

    Not enough infor for this.

"his" is it his or is it "both of yours" what do you want to do with the belongings
