I will like instruction on how to convert a car from gas to electric power

Sell your car and buy a golf cart, or wait for the Tesla or Chevy Volt to come out.

Seriously - this would be a huge undertaking. You would need to rip out the complete engine and transmission, and then replace them with an electric motor with its own transmission, and a battery pack. These are not items you can just go out and buy, so you'd have to design and build them all yourself. Accessories such as A/C, heat, power brakes, power steering would also all have to be re-engineered.
