    Early 90s Animated Movie
Okay so I have questions about two animated movies. I'm pretty sure they were made in the nineties because that's when I was little and watched them. I only remember bits and pieces of each movie:confused:. Anyway,

The first one has a little girl, I'm pretty sure she has blonde hair. She is like kidnapped by some goblin type things or something. This good witch woman heals a cut on the girl's finger by touching it and gives her a glowing ball, I'm thinking it may have been yarn. The goblins that kidnapped her are really gross like they pick their noses and stuff and they work in this little underground place. That's about all I can give you on that one.

The second movie I'm thinking may have been anime. A little girl, with brown hair and a red dress, she comes home and she has this book and her mom is cooking something and stirring it. Then somehow the little girl winds up in this magical world where some stuff is made of sugar and a good witch woman gives her these shoes that allow her to run really fast. Then she encounters some frogs who kidnap her and give her some strawberries and try to make her marry their frog son but she gets away somehow...

I hope you can help me :)

The Princess and the Goblin (1992)
    I'm sure is the first

    Thumbelina (1994)
Sounds like the second especially with the frog kidnap and trying to marry
