The guy who Bruce promotes to CEO of Wayne Enterprises knows,He is played by Morgan Freeman

I can't remember his character name,but he made the inoculation for Bruce to get past the attack from The Scarecrow.

His name is lucius fox by the way

Doesn't his girlfriend figure it out at the end of begins when he says a line that she said to him as bruce.
