I finally found out many of my symptoms I share with other individuals
By taking Norvasc for BP. . Swollen feet, constipation, middle back pain.

Have checked with Cardiologist and gastro doctors who could not find
    Anything wrong.

Hi Oneill474, sometimes a new medication does not interact properly with meds already in your system. The side effects you mention are not normally experienced with norvasc as far as I know.

Norasc is usually prescribed for high blood pressure for people with angina.

I am not diagnosing, this is just my opinion, but you should have your doctor go over ALL your meds with you and adjust to eliminate any unusual side effects you are experiencing from taking the norvasc. Is this a new prescription for you and are you on a blood thinner called warfarin?

Swelling of the hands, ankles, feet, lower legs is a side effect of Norvasc. Don't know about the other symptoms. Norvasc (amlodipine) medical facts from Drugs.com
