    No heat
I have a Trane package unit that will not put out heat. The inducer fan runs, the gas valve opens, the burner comes on but only lasts about 15 seconds then the flame goes out. Inducer fan continues to run and then shuts off too.
This goes on and on. Then once in a while the system works just fine. But---- goes right back to the same, flame comes on then goes out.
It gas a circuit board and on the board it has an LED that blinks and those blinks mean something. It has a steady blinking LED when everything is idle but then when the thermostat is set to heat the LED blinks as it should.
The light indicates that all is good, but--- no heat.
I have replace the limit switch, still, nothing.
What can cause it to do this?

Also found excessive condensation within the units interior. Example; the limit switch was covered in condensation, the blower fan was too and so on. Why? Is this normal?
The unit in question is a model number: YCC036F1MOBE
Does anybody have a wiring diagram for this unit?
It would be very much appreciated if you can tell me what to do.

    Thanks

    Frank

Try cleaning the flame sensor if so equipped.

Thank you. Will try this and let you know if that fixed the problem.
