If I signed over temporary custody of my two children to their paternal grandmother what steps would I need to take to regain full custody of them?

It would probably depend on way you signed the temporary custody and how involved it was. I think it would depend on how it is worded and if you are finished taking care of what caused you to give the temporary custody and things like that
