It was made in the 80s or 90s and it is about three brothers and sisters and they go to some kind of market or something and they pick out new parents. I think they have three tries, but I'm not sure. I can vaguely remember it. I think one of their picks was circus workers. Please help! Its driving me crazy!

IT was an 80 or early 90 movie with I'm thinking Meril Streep she wanted to adopt a baby and her and her husband found a young girl how is another popular actor.. she kind of ruff and her boyfreind is to.. the lady lets her move in with her and he husband... then when the babyis born the girl wants to keep it.. then about a month later she goes to their and tells them she cant... their is a song in the movie with the girl and the lady is dancing in the living room and I'm thinking it's a Joe Cocker song... its driving me crazy... PLEASE HELP I want the song soooooo bad
