My son knew my ex for 10 years, and after he was shot by a former girlfriend my son moved in with him to help pay the bills. My ex watched my grandson while my son worked. My ex was trying to get disablity. My son found it hard to pay his own bills and those of my ex, so we all sat down and talked about it and I moved in to help. After awhile my son desided to move back to our home town to get a place with his girlfriend. I couldn't afford the bills alone either, so I moved back to my home which is in my aunts name. He was evicted and him and his 18 year old daughter moved into my home. All their belongings but clothes were put in storage (which is in my name). We went in together and bought some land. It is in mine and his daugthers name, not his. My aunt paid all the money to move the trailor onto the new land. We have since broke up, he told me I could never make him move since he gets mail there and is disabled. I want him out. We have never slept in the same room, I sleep in main bedroom and he has always slpet on the couch. His daugther who is in college on all kinds of grants, sleeps in other room. He doesn't own anything at in my home but his clothes. He pays the light bill which is in my name, and the phone which is in his daughters name. I buy all the food and personal items, and the water bill which is in her name too. I took care of him for almost 3 years because he wasn't able to work due to trying to get on disablity. We live in Alabama. Any help would be great. Since he says Im stupid and he can never be made to move out of my home.

You have to evict tenants - these tenants included - in accordance with the laws of Alabama.

Briefly, you have to give a 3 day notice to move. If the tenant does not move then you have to go to Court, file papers, have the person served, attend an eviction proceeding.
