Exercise daily and don't eat fatty food.:)
Watch your calories. Almost everything has calories. Read your labels... Look for low calories , low fat ( 5g or less), and high fiber content. Hope this helps... Best wishes to you on your weight lose journey
You are absolutley correct. Excersise is very important
Drink water before eating any meal so that you won't eat much, eat lot of fruits and vegetables and drink lots and lots of water... Drink hot water after every meal ,cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed .It will slow down the digestion.
