Hi what are the fees for a probate that an individual has started without a lawyer. Probate fees have been paid. Publish in local paper has been paid . The only thing a couple of boxes where not checked. Had to do a amended once again,all I need is the paper work filled out correctly. Would like to pay a upfront fee. Get passed probate with flying colors. That all I need just the paper work done.what are the fees also do I need a lawyer for this?Also would someone fill the papers out by the hour?

I'm in NY - I don't know where you are.

I don't know any Attorney in my area who will pick up paperwork started by an individual. They are probably out there; I just don't know them. The problem is that the Attorney has to get up to speed on the matter which invovles reading from scratch because he/she is going to sign, stating that the info is correct. No way to know that without going back to step number one.

If you've gone this far by yourself, why are you interested in getting an Attorney involved at this point?

And, no, I know no one who will fill out papers for an hourly fee for the reasons I stated above.
