    (1) the company did well in the market with government assistance.
    (2) A new performance appraisal system was incorporated into the company, which proved effective, yet the employees were not trained.
    (3) In life, it is not always possible to achieve results desired.

They are grammatically correct but a little awkward for readability; also two typos (beacause & effectiive).

I would not write ".....because it had the government back up"
But instead would write "....because it was backed by the government".

Also I would hook together two sentences as follows:
"It was an effective system but no training was given to employees."

    And last:
"It is not always possible to attain desired results in life."
