By the sound of it, you're a teenager. It's completely natural, don't worry about it. After you've finished puberty, your sex drive will settle and you won't be as turned on all the time. But there eis one other thing I have an irretation on the head my penis. It is like a rash on the sides of it and when I pull my foreskin back there is like a white subtance not pus but yer and back and I thibnk it is irretating my penis and causing it to be itchy?
