    Canon wrong cartridge message
    I have a canon image class MP700 printer which is displaying a wrong cartridge error. I have removed the cartridges and it still has the error message on the screen of the printer.

    Have you tried turning off the printer and rebooting the computer?

    I have done this. Didn't fix it. Since then I have had the computer reformatted and reinstalled the printer software and driver and still got the same error message. I need to find a way to reset the printer? Any ideas?
