    Kind of worried.
    Hello..

Well... for the past week, I've had a 'cold' ( if you want to call it that) and.. I think its going to kill me :S lol

I'll list the symptoms below and if anyone can tell me what it is, and what to do ill be very grateful

    Symptoms:

    Coughing, sore in stomach
Sore head when lying down or getting up from laying position
Dizzy spells when going down or up stairs
    Gagging, but not being sick,
    Stuffy and runny nose
Sore eyes when I look in any direction by moving my eyes
    Sore throat in morning
I just cleared my nose by sniffing and spitting (I know its disgusting)
And I spit up blood, but a small, small bit of blood, like it just change the color of my spit slightly

I've had some paracetamol, and that clears up my sore head and cough's for about 2 hours

If you got any ideas about it PLEASE tell me and tell me ways to stop it,

My mum thinks it's the flu.. but I think its worse that that..

    Why..

I don't like them.. I don't know why.. I just have a fear of people that try to help, doctors, dentists, etc..

Well the only way your actually going to get any help if your truly worried is by going to a doctor and explaining your symptoms and getting checked over. If not, then that is at your on risk.

If you won't go to the doctors have you tried things like Lemsip to see if you get some relief from your symptoms? You could always try the old standards: hot tea with honey, chicken soup, plenty of fluids, and rest.
Certainly if you aren't feeling better soon, if you start to feel worse, if you have been running a fever this whole time, or if you have any trouble breathing, go in and be checked out.

Go see a doctor, sounds like you might have a sinus infection, just a guess, go see a doctor, they're there to help not to hurt :) get well soon
