    Has R.O.C. got an album out? He sings dance songs such as "Shine On" and "When The Sun Comes Down".

    Hi dan1000, maybe you meant R.I.O he did both the songs you mention, you can check them out on youTube, sorry couldn't find any info re an Album :)
