OK so my friend is having some trouble.. I'm seeking advice for her.. 2 yrs ago her husband died in iraq.. it was his 2nd tour.. she has a daughter with him she is now 4 yrs old.. since then she has moved on and has remarried.. her husband now wants to adopt her daughter and make her his.. they also have a son and another daughter on the way.. she wants to know how she goes about getting her first daughter adopted my her husband now? And if it was possible?

Yes,it is possible and have to be done as any other adoption.

... but your friend has to know that if his ex-husband relatives want visitation and other rights and privileges,according to state laws and court practice, they will be awarded with them and they will be a part of child's life.
