My Boyfriend has a 3 year old son... The mother is always using him for emotional blackmail and saying he is his. BUT she will not put his name on the birth certificate and now she is finally letting him have a dna test... what are the rights or proceedures of getting custody of the child or at least getting rights to see his son?

Any fit parent has the right to see their child. As far as getting custody, it's going to be tough. The child is three and has resided with the mother, and she's the mom, so judges already have a hard time taking kids away from their mother. Good luck to you and your family.
