Joint suspended, new charge- different kind
My sister has a joint suspended for checks and then got pulled over and they are saying that they found a baggie with residue in it but refused to let her see it and now they are trying to revoke her probation and make her do the 3 years! Can anybody help ?

All she can do is what they say. You can't fight the law.
Like I have heard lawyers tell others and even my old boyfriend
''You can keep appealing and fighting this in court but who do you think the Judge is going to believe you or the authorities?''

She can not "see" the evidence at this point but she can hire a independent lab to test the residue and/or review the lab reports of the police prior to trial.

If this is indeed drugs, even a residue, they have the right to revolk her probation, The judge may not but he can.
