This is assuming you live in the US, if you live in Canada, or England, or Ireland then that is different

If it is W2 only, then first contact your employer.

You can get the tax transcripts even if you have NOT file a 2007 tax return.

The tax transcript will have the federal W-2 information for 2007, but not the state info. You need to contact the state tax agency to get a transcript from them as well.
