I would like to know if I get divorce before 2 years of marriage I need to do a divorce settlement agreement?
I know the law is different is this case. Can you explain to me?
We don't have any properties together. Actually we don't have anything together. I just know his credit is really bad.
Is it OK if I just use legal zoom from the internet? If he refuses to sign what should I do?Thanks

If you have no real property, no joint debts, no furniture, nothing to argue about, then just file for divorce. If he refuses to "sign," then you have a contested divorce (instead of a default, which means one party doesn't appear) and a Judge hears it if you can't work out the details.
And, yes, you can get a divorce (or an annulment) after any time frame - 2 years, 1 year, whatever time frame.

If you have no kids, if there is no property to divide and/or it has been divided and everyone is happy
AND IF HE AGREES TO EVERYTHING
So you talk to him, if he agrees, you both sit down and fill the internet forms out together, on most you fill it out online and then it prints completed.
But the online only works if he agrees, that is a non contested, there are no forms online that really work for a contested divorce.
*** been there this year on that and tried, and to be honest you won't believe the cost of an attorney ( a good one) for a contested divorce, so if it is a matter of a few thousand dollars, give in, it will be cheaper.
