    Trying to gain weight.
I am 20 y/o and I am 95 lbs I have a high metabolism and I eat all the time. Im sick of people always saying "I hate you for being skinny" and my boyfriend doesn't find me attractive cause I have no curve. I need to gain some weight but I'm not sure how. Can anyone help?

Have you been to your doctor to make sure there are no medical issues causing you to not be able to gain weight?

I had the same problem for years, nothing wrong with me, ate like a horse and never gained weight. A friend of many years recently confessed she used to follow me to the bathroom at restaurants to make sure I wasn't purging, she and a couple others thought I had an eating disorder.

Three years ago I got a desk job and the weight started staying on. I'm up to 140 pounds now but with the exception of my (little) love handles it looks good on me. I was just so active before that I was burning a lot more calories than I could consume.

People don't understand that it's no easier being super skinny than it is being fat in the real world. You can't find clothes that fit right because you have no curves. You freeze when it's cold because you have very little natural insulation too.

Whatever you do don't turn to junk food to pick up pounds. A balanced diet with protein, carbs and healthy fats is what you should focus on. Good luck!
