    Spitting Blood
My girlfriend and I I live in Japan and she has a problem that has persisted despite thorough medical exams here and in her home country.
In the morning she spits small spots of coagulated blood, usually about the size of a pin head, sometimes a little larger, but not in any great volume. She has had bronchitis before so is prone to chest infections, she has had chest x rays both here (JPN) and in NZ. She has had cameras shoved down the throat etc. When she went to NZ they diagnosed asthma, but she is not 100% sure of that diagnosis.

She is a healthy non smoker, exercises regularly, & is slim.

The blood appears to be there in the morning mainly, and is in her mouth, so it is not actually brought up or gargled up, but is in her mouth.

    Any ideas/suggestions?
