I got lay off last month, collecting unemployment. My wife work and her income is about 25% more than my unemployment income. My question is that I want to file a divorce would the court favor her more than me?

I'm in Oregon. Why not file? Because I want to give us another chances but it's doesn't seem to work out right now. We're going through counseling together right now. It's doesn't seem to help because last night she tried to stop me from calling the police. I managed to get out the house and asked the neighbor to call the cops because she won't let me get in my truck and leave. So the polices show up and gave her a ticket for interference with making a report Base fine $2500.00. Now I'm scare because her parents might do something to me, I don't know.
Ok, so you would be silly to go back to someone that phsycally attacked you.
Go get an attorney and file for divorce,
Far be it for me to tell someone else how to live their life, but it sounds like you need to be away from this woman and divorce is a way of ending the relationship. Either way, it does sound like you need a restraining order against her since you are the victim of domestic violence (blocking another person's exit- that is not letting you get in your truck to leave- IS domestic violence).
