    3 Month Old Puppy
    My husband bought a 3 month old puppy and had to leave for work for 3 weeks and I have woken up or came home to her pooping in her kennel. I feed her once a night and she poops 2 times outside before we come in (no with the snow its harder to keep her outside for that long). Then she plays with the older dogs for a bit and I put her to bed. And I wake up in the am with 2 more piles of poop. Can someone please help me before I really get frustrated with her. I have 6 other dogs and she is BY FAR the hardest to potty train.

    Don't give up on her, she's still young. I have a 4 month old beagle that still isn't potty trained and I've had dogs all my life, I know what I'm doing, he's just stubborn. ;)

    Be consistent, that's the best thing to do. Also, I find that not giving my puppy food or water around 2 hours before bed helps him sleep through the night without needing to potty.

    During the day how long is she alone in the crate? As a puppy she really can't hold it too long. Is there someone that can come by during the day and let her out for a potty break?

    Experts say that most puppies have a hard time with potty training until they reach around 4 months of age. I've had puppies that train in a day, the longest was 2 weeks, this beagle puppy has been with us since the middle of October and still isn't trained. In other words, each dog is different. Keep trying, this won't last forever. ;)
