I violated my probation in with the same crime in a city, but the same State, State of Michigan. I received a 3month probation period for my 2nd crime and community service. I will have a show cause hearing for probation violation coming up soon in Dearborn, Michigan. This is my first probation violation. Will I have to serve jail time? I lost my job this year, I had several close friends pass away this year and a major family shake-up this year. I know this is not an excuse and I am truly sorry for what I have done and will not steal again. I have 2 small children. What will happen to me?
