I have a 2003 Honda Accord Ex. My AC/Heater/Fan does not work and there is no back light. I checked all the fuses and they looked fine. What could be the problem?

I have a 2003 Honda Accord Ex. My AC/Heater/Fan does not work and there is no back light. I checked all the fuses and they looked fine. What could be the problem?
Check your fan circuit power wire is it getting 12 volts with fan swich on if so it's the fan motor
