    I found this, I don't know why all the recipes call for spam or bacon- seems weird to me because the times I've had fried rice at the Japanese restaurant there wasn't any meat in it and they used mushrooms too.

    OK fried rice is very vercitile so put what ever you like in it but basically use already cooked white rice crack an egg in hot oil then incorperate the rice into the egg and oil. Then put ginger green onions carrots peas snow peas bean sprouts onion any of that to taste or preference. Then put teriaky sauce and soy sauce to taste. This is a very general recipe so look it up on all recipes. Com if you can't improvise and you can find ingredients and amounts.
