I have car insurance but I do not have a license and someone banged into my car while I was parked and left no details. The insurance company said my car is right off I really worried what do I do if they ask me for proof of license

Anybody could have parked the car in the lot. Who drove it won't be an issue.

But, most insurance applications ask for a drivers license number. How did you get around THAT one?

They won't. As long the car was parked, it doesn't matter whether you have a license or not.
